What is depression?


Clinical depression is mental illness that affects the way you think and feel. It can lead to a variety of emotional and physical problems and can decrease a person’s ability to function at work, university or home without out the right support. 

Some people think depression is trivial and not a actual health condition. They're wrong – it is a real illness with real symptoms. Depression is not a weakness or something you can snap out of. The good news is that with the right treatment and support, is manageable depression.
