Bills included and bills not included

In some agreements you can agree to pay your rent with bills included in the price. This means that all your water, electricity, heating, gas is paid for with your rent payment.

When an agreement is without bills included it means you will have to pay an extra payment for your water etc. You may be responsible for organising this if your landlord does not provide a bills package.
