Who considers my Mitigating Circumstances request?

The Mitigating Circumstances Form, once submitted to the Campus Registry, will be considered by the Course Leader on behalf of the Board of Examiners.

Any extension of more than three weeks may only be granted with the permission of your Head of School.

Late claims (which are only be accepted up to 5 working days after the assessment deadline has passed) are considered by the Head of School, but only if you can prove with evidence compelling reasons for not submitting a claim before the submission deadline.

Late claims submitted without this evidence are unlikely to be accepted.
