What is Plagiarism?

This is where a student presents unreferenced work for assessment which contains published, unpublished words, thoughts, judgements, ideas, structures or images from another person or persons. Plagiarism also includes using assessment work that student has previously submitted for assessment. This is called self-plagiarism, unless the work is specifically required for resubmission as part of a resit task.
